Role & Technical Implementation
As a Lead Developer, I configured and deployed a NodeJS program on EC2/Docker that acts as an API receiver. It intercepts chat attachments from Freshservice and saves them to an S3 bucket with a predefined Folder/Sub-Folder structure.
